CD-114 - CALIFORNIA       Sold For: $132       Color: Sage Green Tint
This was previously assigned CD 112, but the absence of a lower wire ridge makes it consistent with the profile of CD 114 and it was reassigned to this number. Some factory annealing lines, including one that runs from the base to the dome in the front of the insulator, 1/4" open base bubble and associated 1" flaking in the rear, otherwise easily very near mint. Make sure you have this new CD assignment in your California collection!

CD-114 - CALIFORNIA       Sold For: $242       Color: Light Sage Green w/ Butterscotch Swirls
There are butterscotch swirls here and there, giving the insulator a bit of a mottled appearance. This was previously assigned CD 112, but the absence of a lower wire ridge makes it consistent with the profile of the CD 114 and it was reassigned to this number. A pretty California keg with character for your collection, especially in this nice condition!

CD-114 - CALIFORNIA       Sold For: $143       Color: Smokey Purple
This California style was previously listed as CD 112 in the Price Guide. These were reassigned to CD 114 in the latest (2019) Price Guide as they lack wire ridges. 1/8" base flake otherwise easily very near mint. Make sure to update your records and perhaps add a new CD to your collection!

CD-114 - CALIFORNIA       Sold For: $253       Color: Purple
New CD assignment! Listed as CD 112 in older editions of the Price Guide, these were reassigned to CD 114 in the latest (2019) Price Guide due to the lack of wire ridges. Very near mint; a few minor annealing lines on the front. There's an impurity in the glass under the "LI" embossing. Now that the CD has been reassigned, be sure you have your bases covered and take home this example!

CD-114 - CALIFORNIA       Sold For: $209       Color: Ice Sage Gray Green
Excellent condition! A CD 112 has a lower wire ridge, while this insulator does not. In 2019, this style was reassigned CD 114, which has no wire ridges. Embossed with large bold letters "CALIFORNIA". A bit of an odd color, neither Sage Green nor Light Green. Add it to your line-up of kegs!

CD-114 - HEMINGRAY No 11       Sold For: $743       Color: Aqua w/ Amber Swirls
9 chipped drips and a couple of rough areas. Trade journal ads note that the No 11 can be used as a transposition insulator because of its two wire grooves. Amber swirls make their way throughout this piece, going all the way from the dome to the skirt and back up again, and you can see a nice bubble where the swirls are the strongest! (#1391)

CD-114 - HEMINGRAY No 11 Glowing Orange Amber       Sold For: $10,725       Color: Glowing Orange Amber
A base bruise; a chip as seen in view 3; the rest is VNM. Only two are known, and this is by far the best! The other one has a large bruise on the front and moderate base damage. Over the years, collectors have begun to realize the rarity and desirability of this insulator. Many consider the grouping of the Hemingray No 7, No 8 and No 11 in Orange Amber to be the ultimate trio. Given the rarity of this piece, there are only two people who will be able to complete the trio! Don't miss out on your chance to be one of them! (#1393)
