CD-117 - Ampersand Sold For: $253 Color: Green EIN: [010]
 | CD 117 insulators are embossed with an odd marking on the skirt: a single "&" (ampersand). This "exchange" style insulator was produced by the Brookfield Glass Company. A write-up on insulators.info reads: "Telephone exchange line construction requires frequent drop lines to residences and a two-groove insulator (one groove for the line, and one groove for the drop wire) is needed." This example is very near mint. CD 117 is more often found in shades of aqua, so this Green example will stand out in your collection! |
