CD-131 - BROOKFIELD Sold For: $209 Color: Light Aqua
An early threaded Brookfield piece the same style as its threadless CD 731 counterpart! The embossing is a little unusual. On the front skirt, the embossing "W.BROOKFIELD" and "NO 55 FULTON ST. N.Y." are small but carefully engraved with serifed letters. This is unusual on any insulator. Several 1/4" base flakes, otherwise about very near mint. One can see some zigzag of milk in the front skirt and some translucent effect in the upper wire ridge and there is a "polliwog" swimming in the upper wire ridge near the right mold line, both of which add some character to this classic old insulator!

CD-131 - BROOKFIELD Sold For: $77 Color: Blue EIN: [030]
One of the earliest threaded insulator styles, it is the same shape and perhaps even the same mold as was used for some of the CD 731 threadless units. There was some crossover during the transition period between threadless and threaded glass. 1/2" spider fracture, otherwise about very near mint. A nice, early threaded piece with nice, clear embossing!

CD-131 - W.BROOKFIELD Sold For: $50 Color: Light Aqua
2" base flake/chip at the left mold line and a 1" flake/bruise at the right mold line. An early threaded style with a concave skirt very similar to the CD 731 "Compromise Style." An odd combination of embossing: bold san-serifed on the dome and small serifed on the skirt. Classic early Brookfield!
