CD-157.5 - STANDARD GLASS INSULATOR CO.       Sold For: $154       Color: Light Aqua

Strong, bold embossing on the base. This is one of seven styles that are base-embossed "THE STANDARD GLASS INSULATOR CO./BOSTON MASS". 1" radial bruise on the skirt, a couple of 1/8" dings on the dome, otherwise very near mint. A great start for a new specialty collection!

CD-157.5 - STANDARD GLASS INSULATOR CO.       Sold For: $198       Color: Light Blue

1" bruise on the base, otherwise easily grades very near mint. No glass is missing and the base embossing can be clearly read. For accuracy, it has a very light haze that tends to disappear when backlit. This signal style was most likely used on fire alarm systems near Boston in the 1890's. These are becoming harder to find, so don't miss this chance!
