CD-162.7 - F.F.C.C.N.DE M.       Sold For: $286       Color: Dark Yellow Green
Wow! The amber swirls in this insulator give it an interesting two tone effect and there's a carbon swish at the top of the pinhole! Very, very near mint. The embossing translates to "National Railways of Mexico." Quite an uncommon and distinctive color, making it a standout piece of Mexican railroadiana!

CD-162.7 - {Unembossed} {Mexico}       Sold For: $462       Color: Dark Olive Green EIN: [010]
When one looks closely, patches of Olive Amber can be seen throughout the insulator, giving it a bit of a two-tone effect. There are also some diagonal streaks that flow down from the dome. These add character, compared to a typical solid-colored piece. Some factory roughness at the base of the skirt and a 1/4" flake on the base, otherwise easily very near mint. One can see a closed 1/2" bubble at the bottom of the inner skirt. Pair this with lot 153 for a contrasting duo! A great addition to your Mexican collection!

CD-162.7 - {Unembossed} {Mexico}       Sold For: $688       Color: Purple EIN: [007]
Crude dome with a 3/4" chunk of glass and some "sprinkles" embedded in it. Two 1/2" base fractures, otherwise very near mint. See lot 155 for a nice contrasting Dark Olive Green example. This pair looks great together!

CD-162.7 - {Unembossed} {Mexico}       Sold For: $374       Color: Burgundy Purple
{MLOD} A 3/8" skirt/base flake in the rear, otherwise easily very near mint. Heavy mold line and a crude but still glossy surface. The presence of tiny bubbles in the glass add to the "sparkle" of the piece, and extra dome glass intensifies the color. Only a small number of these have been located in Mexico and this style is rarely offered for sale. This is a very nice example and in great condition!

A crude looking piece in factory mint condition. The embossing translates to "National Railways of Mexico." The color of this insulator is less commonly encountered than others and makes it a standout piece of Mexican railroadiana! A rich green with a touch or two of teal! (#0509)

CD-162.7 - DERF       Sold For: $61       Color: Fizzy Deep Green Aqua
Some flaking on the inner skirt and a few flaked drips. 1/2" line up from the skirt in the rear appears to be an annealing fissure. This Mexican "Derflingher" is full of fizz and sure to please! (#0508)
