CD-206 - {Unembossed}       Sold For: $963       Color: Light Blue
At first glance, this "castle" appears to be mint, however there is a small flake on one of the turrets that has been professionally repaired [UPDATE: with clear museum-quality epoxy which does not yellow. In view 3, the turret in the 6 o'clock position is the one that was repaired.] There is a minuscule ding on the skirt. Most "castles" were found in Hawaii along a railroad in the 1970's, and they were predominantly Blue and Straw. An outstanding example of this classic and desirable style!

CD-206 - Castle       Sold For: $825       Color: Light Green EIN: [010]
A classic "Castle"; always a popular shape among collectors. Typically these have some turret damage and this one is typical! About half a turret is chipped, there's a slice off both sides of a second turret, one slice off a third turret. 1/4" open bubble on the inner skirt, otherwise very near mint. (make condition one sentence?) Many consider the Light Green "Castle" to be the most desirable, and here's your chance to get one!

CD-206 - Castle       Sold For: $1,265       Color: Light Green
Short annealing stress line on the inner skirt, a flake removes about a third of a turret (see view 2), otherwise easily very, very near mint. This example is far better than most which have more chipping and damage. The "Castle" is a very unique style and comes in blue, straw and green shades. Most of them were found in Hawaii; however, the green ones were used on a line in Central California. This Light Green example is the least common and most desirable of the three colors and rarely found in very good condition. Add this Hawaiian beauty to your collection!

CD-206 - Castle       Sold For: $633       Color: Light Straw
Two of the damage-prone turrets are chipped, one of which affects part of dome, otherwise very, very near mint. Better than many examples. Most "Castles" were found in Hawaii along a railroad in the 1970's, and they were predominantly Blue and Straw. Always a popular style, so bring home a piece of Hawaiian history!

CD-206 - Castle       Sold For: $990       Color: Light Green
Two 3/8" chips between two of the turrets take a small slice off of each of them, otherwise these damage prone turrets are perfect. A couple of thin 1/4" base flakes on one mold line and a 1/4" base flake that removes one drip point. The insulator displays well. The "Castle" is a rather unique style and comes in blue, straw and green shades. Most of them were found in Hawaii; however, the green ones were used on a line in Central California. This light green example is reportedly the least common and most desirable of the three colors. Add this Hawaiian beauty to your collection!

CD-206 - Castle       Sold For: $743       Color: Light Blue
A couple of hard to see small flakes on the turrets, 1/2" hard to see base bruise, and a very thin base flake that removes 2 drips. Displays very well. Most "Castles" were found in Hawaii along a railroad in the 1970's, and they were predominantly Blue and Straw. The turrets are very prone to damage, so having one with only a couple of small flakes is good fortune! A wonderful example of this always-popular CD style; bring a piece of Hawaiian history home to YOUR castle!

CD-206 - Castle       Sold For: $770       Color: Light Blue
A little flake on just one of the damage-prone turrets, a few paper-thin flakes at the sharp edge of the base. Most "Castles" were found in Hawaii along a railroad in the 1970s, and they were predominantly Blue and Straw. The turrets are very prone to damage, so having one with only a very small flake is good fortune! A wonderful example of this always-popular CD style; bring a piece of Hawaiian history home to YOUR castle! (#0994)

CD-206 - Castle       Sold For: $528       Color: Light Green
A chip removes half a turret, some heavy flaking on a couple of others, some tiny flakes on the rest, otherwise very good condition. The Light Green "Castles" are believed to have been a McLaughlin product found in California before a large number of them were discovered in Hawaii so Light Green is the hardest of the "Castle" colors to get. CD 206 comes in at number nine on the "Most desirable CD Styles" as voted by ICON members! (#01426)

CD-206 - Castle       Sold For: $770       Color: Light Green
The turrets are prone to damage; there is a chip in the middle of one turret and some mild flaking on three others which is hard to see. Light Green is the hardest of the "Castle" colors to get, and this one is in reasonable shape overall. This one comes in at number nine on the "Most desirable CD Styles" as voted by ICON members. Bring a piece of Hawaiian history home to YOUR castle! (#7135)
