CD-214 - TELEGRAFOS NACIONALES       Sold For: $374       Color: Dark Orange Amber
These are found in several shades of amber and with 2 different lengths of drip points. As is the case with the CD 154 Dominion 42s, one can make a nice lineup of amber shades here as well. This is one of the darker variants and has the short drip points. 1/4" by 3/4" light scuff on the left rear skirt, otherwise very near mint. There are reports that the lines on which these Mexican insulators were found have been removed, making them harder and harder to find!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

CD-214 - HEMINGRAY       Sold For: $121       Color: 7-up Green
This style, where the wire was seated in the saddle groove, was designed to be used where the line passed over the top of a hill. Several Hemingray styles have this coloration, which is believed to have been the result of using a run of green 7-up bottle cullet. A little wire rub on the rear, otherwise easily very near mint. Add this beauty to your collection!

CD-214 - TELEGRAFOS // NACIONALES       Sold For: $165       Color: Orange Amber
{Long drip points} One chipped drip point on the rear, two 1/2" wire ridge chips and a 1/4" wire ridge flake. Typical base flange flaking. There are reports that the lines on which these Mexican insulators were found have been removed, making them harder and harder to find. An Interesting oddity that this insulator has shorter long drip points in the front in contrast to the longer ones in the rear. There is a great demand for these long drip point variants!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

CD-214 - TELEGRAFOS // NACIONALES       Sold For: $143       Color: Deep Red Orange Amber
1/2" base flake that affects two drip points, otherwise easily very near mint. While not the "long drip point" variant, the drips on this example are longer than the hemispherical round drip points typically encountered in other styles. Great color and condition!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

CD-214 - HEMINGRAY-43       Sold For: $83       Color: 7-up Green
Excellent condition! The No 43 style was designed to be used where the line would pass over the top of a hill, with the wire seated in the saddle groove. Several Hemingray styles have this coloration, which is believed to have been the result of using a run of green 7-up bottle cullet. Always popular!

CD-214 - TELEGRAFOS NACIONALES       Sold For: $231       Color: Golden Amber
{MLOD} A "Y" bruise on the right front radiates down 1/2" to the base, and up to the left and right about an inch. Perfect drips. Typical flaking on the overpoured base. In some places, the overpour "flange" extends nearly 1/4"! Contrasts well with lot 161. A beautiful piece in a nice color which displays great from the "NACIONALES" side as can be seen in view 2.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

CD-214 - TELEGRAFOS NACIONALES       Sold For: $605       Color: Rich Red Orange Amber
{Long drip points} Amazing condition! Not only are all the long drip points perfect, but the overpoured base extends around the full perimeter and only has an area about 1" wide that has some flaking! There are reports that the lines on which these Mexican insulators were found have been removed, making them harder and harder to find. Contrast this with lot 160 for an awesome duo. The condition, long drip points, and strong saturated color make this a stand out piece!

CD-214 - TELEGRAFOS NACIONALES {Mexico}       Sold For: $440       Color: Bright Yellow Amber
Typical base flaking, very, very near mint with perfect drip points. There are reports that the lines on which these Mexican insulators were found have been removed, making the glass harder and harder to find. A nice companion piece for lot 206, or match it up with a 7-up Green one; see lot 163 or lot 164. The amber shades have gotten quite popular and you can see why!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

CD-214 - TELEGRAFOS NACIONALES {Mexico}       Sold For: $396       Color: Glowing Orange Amber
Minor wire ridge scuffing, typical base flaking. Perfect drip points with interesting variations, shorter on one side and longer on the other. In the past, collectors have been able to find these on lines in certain areas of Mexico, but those days appear to be gone. This example has a beautiful rich amber color and is a nice companion piece for lot 205, or match it up with one of the 7-up Green ones in lot 163 or lot 164.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

CD-214 - HEMINGRAY-43       Sold For: $72       Color: 7-up Green
Three very thin flakes on the inner skirt, otherwise very, very near mint. The No 43 style was designed to be used where the line would pass over the top of a hill, with the wire seated in the saddle groove. Several Hemingray styles have this coloration, which is believed to have been the result of using a run of green 7-up bottle cullet. The color is very bright and glowing, and the thicker glass really shows the depth of the color. Always popular!
