SI-269 - H & H ELECTRIC CO       Sold For: $110       Color: Midnight Blue w/ Metallic Flecks
Larry Veneziano produced 2/3 size CD 269 replicas in 2002 as a "tribute to historic evolution of electricity." This is the most unusual example we have seen! There are coppery metallic flecks on the surface of the glass on both the front and rear skirts which can be seen especially well when front lit as shown in view 2. In the front, some dark swirling, possibly from the flecks, swishes up into the pinhole. Very, very near mint. A unique example!

Outstanding condition! The size of this insulator is deceiving. It is a massive 7 1/4" tall! Many of these "jumbo" size insulators were used on the Boston Elevated Railway.
