CD-307 - HEMINGRAY Sold For: $908 Color: Aqua
Nicknamed the "Viking Helmet" for its well-pronounced ears. The outside of the outer skirt, the inner skirts, and the entirety of the ears are free from chips and flakes, uncommon for one of these that often have significant chipping on the skirts. There is some chipping of the drip points with associated flakes up to 1/4" tall on about half of the inside of the outer skirt, mostly on the rear of the insulator. Three stress lines up from the base of the ears. This is a nice example of a hard-to-find CD and in better shape than many!

CD-307 - HEMINGRAY Sold For: $1,430 Color: Blue Aqua
Nicknamed the "Viking Helmet" for its well-pronounced ears. The base on these is often damaged. There is no chipping on the outside of the base other than from a 1/2" chip. Three 1/2" slices on the inside of the outer skirt and about a 2" wide bruise. 1/2" bruise on the innermost skirt. Aside from the condition of the base, the rest of the insulator is in very good condition with no chips or noteworthy damage, and most of the significant condition issues are not visible from the front. Overall, not bad as these pieces go. The last one we auctioned soared to over $2,000 but we'll put a more conservative estimate on this piece! A less common Hemingray style that is getting harder and harder to find!

CD-307 - HEMINGRAY Sold For: $2,035 Color: Hemingray Blue EIN: [010]
No chips on the outside, no flakes on the ears and saddle. These often have a lot of chipping on the skirts and damage to the ears. Aside from a 3/4" chip on the innermost skirt, this has none! 1" bruise on the rear, otherwise very near mint. Sometimes called a "Viking Helmet", this is a nice example of this hard-to-find CD. A beautiful Hemingray Blue, far more appealing than its Aqua counterpart!
