CD-490 - AGEE {Australia} Sold For: $187 Color: Gray/Purple/Sage Tri-Tone

Nicknamed "The Bell," these are typically found in shades of purple. This is quite an unusual example. Most of the Purple shading is in the dome, most of the Gray Purple is in the front, and the Sage Green is in the rear. Quite a significant color variation! The only condition issue to report is 1/8" ding on the front. Why settle for a Purple example when you can have this unusual "tri-tone" piece in very fine condition?

This is quite a large bell, over 5" tall and over 4" in diameter, significantly bigger than a CD 154. Produced by Australian Glass Manufacturers, the trademark "AGEE" is derived from the initials for "Australian Glass". A few dings and a little scuffing here and there. A nice affordable and large piece of purple glass!
