CD-505 - {No name} {Iran}       Sold For: $121       Color: Sage Green
This is a petite insulator and the base is quite out-of-round as shown in view 2; however, we will estimate the diameter at 2 1/4" and the height at 2 7/8". That's more than 1/2" shorter than your standard CD 102! A crude insulator with 3/8" lehr kiss on the rear, 1/4" flake at the right wire ridge, 1/4" flake on the base, otherwise very near mint. The low pinhole and thick glass amplify the sage coloration.

Bill & Jill Insulators - Next Auction: Coming Soon

CD-505 - [Sanskrit symbol] {Iran}       Sold For: $88       Color: Olivey Sage Green
3/8" base flake, otherwise very, very near mint. This petite insulator from Iran is only 2 1/4" x 2 3/4", and the pinhole is less than 1" deep. The logo is reportedly the Mehr family symbol, and it is believed that they produced only about 200 of these insulators. Who knows how many of these are known today?
