| The rich Teal coloration can be seen in the base of the skirt. A couple of 1/2" flakes on the base, 1" fracture up from the base. Overall, nice condition for a threadless insulator! |

| More than half of the insulator contains heavy milk swirls, which can clearly be seen when base lit. Fracture from the skirt to the dome at the mold line radiates from a 1" bruise on the base. According to historical information the family of threadless insulators that includes the CD 729 incorporated the best features of the "egg" style and the "hat" style, and was sometimes called the "compromise" style. The CD 729 is much less common than some of the others. A great candidate for your base lit display! |

According to historical information the family of threadless insulators that includes the CD 729 incorporated the best features of the "egg" style and the "hat" style, and was sometimes called the "compromise" style. The CD 729 is much less common than some of the others and will look great in your threadless lineup! |

| 2" base bruise, 1/2" wire ridge chip. Lightly tumble cleaned. According to historical information the family of threadless insulators that includes the CD 729 incorporated the best features of the "egg" style and the "hat" style, and was sometimes called the "compromise" style. The CD 729 is much less common than some of the others. They have been found in the eastern part of the United States, and are usually found in darker and/or greener colors, so in this instance "plain old aqua" commands a premium! (#0234) |
